说是无效或者无法被读取，不太像是冲突了，你可以试试重新下载一下mod本体，或者升级下java版本？

Exception in thread "main" org.spongepowered.asm.launch.MixinInitialisationError: Error initialising mixin config blue_skies.mixins.json
错误应该是由blue_skies-1.19.2-1.3.20.jar引发，排除一下。
