网络问题，多试几遍。
构建Forge Mod需要下载近2G的依赖文件，所以耗时会非常长；
而又因为国内的网络环境问题，不仅下载缓慢，连接也不稳定。
要是不嫌麻烦的话建议翻教程挂代理加速一下。
