关于开源许可与限制

假设你见到一个人做出一样作品，他给这部作品源码用了GPLv3许可证。
但他又在下面限制了使用者分发预编译二进制文件的权限。
这时，你会选择尊重作者（不分发文件），还是遵照开源许可（分发文件）？亦或是……

我并没有找到更多的资料，这是GPLv3许可证的部分内容。

Nobody should be restricted by the software they use. There are four freedoms that every user should have:

the freedom to share the software with your friends and neighbors, and
the freedom to share the changes you make.

emmm 按照事件原型的尿性来看 二次发布应该还是要作者许可吧
不排除mod作者懒得阅读协议原文的可能性

中国啥时候才重视版权。

这样看来即便侵权也只是名誉受到损害，即便侵权者无作为，版权方也只能靠一己之力去维权咯。
加个前提，在中国。

作者怎么说就怎么做吧。

许可允许二次发布而作者不允许？当然是不二次发布并告知作者啦。
我不是很懂开源许可我只是在跟着感觉走。
谁能告诉我发生了什么？

我的理解，开源协议与EULA不能并存，只能留一个。
如果想不被二次分发，那就别用开源协议。

另吐槽下“不得对jar内部进行修改”，你源码都开了，还不让改，这什么意思？
一定要自己去改源码，然后再编译？

源码都开了，还在二进制文件上作文章，难不成真如2L大佬所说，没看协议内容就瞎选一个使用率最高的？

没有人规定开源一定要用现成的协议，既然不想被分发二进制文件，大可以自己写一份协议。
另开源协议有五十多种，明天找时间看看，有没有一个是不支持分享的。

emmm，只找到一种，而且这种协议不被FSF认可。（即被侵权了别找他们帮维权）
开源协议的开放性都太大了。。

是我考虑不周，没有从作者的角度考虑过这个问题。
现在看来，这个投票根本无意义啊。（除了黑历史+1）
最终解释权总归是在作者手上的。
